Some of our product is made of ABS plastic housing, and some of them are made of Aluminum Die-casting housing

Yes, we could supply OEM service. We have a strong development team for OEM service.
How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We control the quality of materials,and then test the products in the processing,and every production line have a QC for inspection.
What’s the material of beaters?
The wire whipper is made of stainless steel, while the flat beater and dough hook are made of aluminum alloy.
Does the beaters are dishwasher safe?
Normally the wire whipper is dishwasher safe, while flat beater and dough hook can not be put in dishwasher only if they are with non-stick coating on it such as Teflon.
What is your MOQ?
Normally the MOQ is 1*20’GP per item per color, the specific quantity is depends on different model.
Do you have any stock to retail?
We only make customization based on customer’s special requirements and there is no stock.
How long is the lead time?
The lead time for order of item with plastic housing is around 40-45 days, and for die-casting housing items is around 50-55 days.
What’s your warranty policy?
1)We offer 1 year warranty for all of our stand mixers. 2)1% F.O.C vulnerable parts against order quantity along with container.
What is your payment term?
We mainly request LC at sight or TT payment, TT 30% deposit to confirm order and balance before shipment. Paypal is acceptable for sample order.
How many types kitchen appliance do you produce?
Our factory mainly produces stand mixers with different bowl capacity and different housing material.
How many types of bowl capacity do you have?
We have 4L, 5L, 5.5L, 6L, 7L, 10L stainless steel bowl for different demand.
What’s the material of mixing bowl do you use?
Normally our mixing bowl is made of stainless steel, and we also have the ceramic bowl and glass bowl for some items.
How to install and remove the mixing bowl from the stand mixer?
1)The mixing bowl can be removed by rotating clockwise and lifting it from the base. 2)To fit the bowl securely, locate it on the base and rotate Anti-clockwise to lock into position.
Does your stand mixer shaking when running?
Our stand mixer won’t shake when running, please use it according to the indication of the instruction manual.
How do you keep the stand mixer stable when running?
Each of our stand mixer are with anti-slip feet under the base, it could help to keep everything put well when mixing.
How does your stand mixer running?
We use the unique planetary mixing action which makes mixing more smoothly and thoroughly.
What’s the standard accessories of your stand mixers?
Normally the standard accessories including dough hook, wire whipper, flat beater, splash transparent cover and mixing bowl for basic item.
Do you have any optional accessories to choose?
Yes, we have many optional accessories such as meat grinder, blender, slicer, cookie maker, vertical slow juicer, horizontal slow juicer, pasta maker etc., different optional accessories are suitable for different models.
Does the meat grinder only with mincer cutters?
No, one set of our meat grinder includes 3pcs of mincer discs, 4 kinds of pasta makers and sausage maker.
What is your main selling market?
European market, Middle East, North Africa, North America and Latin America market.
Can I customize my logo or package?
Yes, both will be accepted. Our factory welcome all OEM orders!
Did you company do factory audit by third party?
Yes, we have gotten BSCI since 2016.
What is Customized colors?
When the clients ask for any color requirements, we will analysis firstly, to see if it will be spraying color or injection color, or even with brushed or polished effect for the product with metal housing.
Do you have any certificates and test report for your products?
Yes, all of our products are awarded with CE,GS, RoHS, Reach, EMC, LVD, EMF, LFGB and so on, some of them are even with CB, ETL certificates.
Can I check the quality before delivery?
Yes. You can come to our factory by yourself or ask your colleague from your china office or ask a third party inspection company to do the inspection before delivery.

How long does it take to get the sample?
Normally it would take 7-10 working days to prepare the sample for existing items; And for any new coming items, it depends on the mold situation.
